Tables are provided however they are ‘party benches’ so 2mtrs in length and 50cm wide Tablecloths are NOT provided

Our friends at Fat Hippo will be located to the front of the venue – exhibitors can claim free fries with any of their amazing burgers2 complimentary cups of tea/coffee will be available to exhibitors, vouchers will be provided on arrival

A Wedding Less Ordinary 4th Nov 2018  Exhibitor Set Up information.
Set up Times.
Pre agreed large installations 7.00 am – 8.00 am,  (Email Mike on mike@aweddinglessordinary.net if we have NOT spoken with you and you feel you fall into this category).
General Exhibitors  8.00am – 10.00 am
External Exhibitors 10.00am – 10.30 am

Please print, complete and display this pass on your dashboard  when you arrive.  It must contain vehicle reg, a valid mobile number and your allocated set up time slot. 
We will have Marshals on duty during set up, but your vehicle is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY please do not leave it unattended.
Time slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis, please e-mail mike@aweddinglessordinary.net with your preferred arrival time, if your chosen slot is full you will be moved to the next available slot.

On arrival please unload all of your exhibition equipment to your stand and remove your vehicle before you commence building your stand. There is no exhibitor parking at this event, metered on street parking is nearby and Stephenson Quarter Multi Storey is a 2 minute walk.

Breakdown:

Entrance to the event has been spread over 2 sessions, 11.00am until 1.00pm and 1.00pm until 3.00pm to ensure a constant footfall over the day. Breakdown therefore will not commence until announced by the organisers, which will be as soon as possible after 3.00pm. Exhibitors who do not abide by this rule will not be invited back!
At Breakdown please pack down your stand before you bring your vehicle back to the venue.
